When you exercise your waist it will help to massage your kidneys and a number of vital organs internally. This will then make an amount of physical fitness rewards for you that with training and determination can harvest benefits over time. It is likely for you to still slow down getting old whilst exercising your waist region every day.
Internal Qi Exercises – How are they Practiced?
The title of the exercise gives a hint for how the movements should be practiced.
Dao – Guide or Lead
Yin – Induce or Draw
Dao accompanied with a Chinese theme means inch. The next character, Yin which is not similar to yang and Yin, interprets as ‘bow similar to bow, as in bow and arrow posture, reproducing the pulling action of these movements. The movements are practiced the same as with the eight pieces of brocade, very slowly and carefully. They will support you to develop the three assets (Qi, Jing – essence and Shen spirit) within your body.
How Many?
It is sensible to generally rehearse a small amount of 8 duplications on each side of your body. Always be aware that having balance is of primary importance in Tai Chi. The training can be steadily improved to 36, but please do not do them too quickly, You will know if you get worn out, forever take note of your body and bring to an end if required. What stance should the exercises practised in?
