In this article I’ll be teaching you three dirty yet effective self-defense techniques you can use to win any fight. The following techniques can be applied by anyone, not like other self-defense techniques, that often times depend upon high knowledge of the skill, and complex timing. Thus, being these are “dirty” methods of defening yourself, defeating larger tougher oponent becomes possible. The reason being that altogether the focus is on targeting critical parts of the body precisely, regardless of not striking with too much force .

Ah, the age old problem. Fighting techniques are trained year round by millions of people. You would use fighting techniques like MMA and boxing for competition sport. The question is can these techniques be used properly for self defense as well? Let’s see what we can find out when we look at that exact question.
First, we’ll look at some of the more common fighting techniques. The common jab is the first technique. We now have two staple techniques, because the jab is usually followed up by a cross punch. Another common technique used in fighting is the round house kick. These devastating kicks can temporarily cripple your opponent when delivered properly. These are the three staple fighting techniques we will discuss.

Crazy Martial Arts performance
Most people, including martial arts and self-defense teachers really don’t know where to begin when it comes to mastering the ability to protect yourself against a real-world violent attacker. This article takes a look at the two-fold approach that I recommend to anyone who’s serious about surviving a real-world attack.
To explore the conventional world of martial arts and self-defense instruction, the conventional approach seems to be to just learn a bunch of tricks and techniques, earn some rank or maybe a certification of some sort, and you’re all set. Right?

When choosing a quality, women’s self-defense program, first and foremost, you must ask for and thoroughly check out the instructor’s credentials. This is true regardless of whether you’re…
* a woman who wants to be able to protect herself, or…
* A Parent looking for a self-defense program for your child
This point cannot be emphasized enough, because, like practically nothing else in your life…
… your life could depend on your making the right choice.

For many athletes, sparring will always be the most exciting element of martial arts. The martial arts are a system of codified practices and traditions, developed and used for training for combat. Martial arts exhibitions and tournaments are often held to judge the participants’ levels of skill in particular contexts.
There are two types of martial arts sparring: the light or medium contact and the full contact sparring. Both of these forms, however, are used in training and competitions with a clear set of common rules.
