Mixed martial art is becoming increasingly popular, greatly due to the implementation of safety rules for those who are competing in the ring which made it possible to be watched on television. Unlike wrestling, mixed martial arts or MMA is not scripted which captivates the audience both young and old.
The unique characteristic of mixed martial arts that captivates the audience is that unlike wrestling, this sport is not scripted. Mixed martial arts comprises of two main types, the sport and the street style. The sport style involves two unarmed opponents who fight against each other using same or different techniques of martial arts. In sports style, fighters are prohibited to assault the groin, bite, gouge the eye or insert fingers into any bodily crevices.

I encourage anyone who wants to lose fat, build lean muscle and get into “fighter shape” to start training with their own version of MMA exercise programmes. It is not surprising that MMA fighters all seem to have that lean, ripped, and athletic look, like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.
It’s critical that we learn from these world class sportsmen. If you want to look like an MMA fighter who’s in glorious shape, you actually need to be in excellent shape yourself. Unfortunately, we can not cut corners and the only real way to get a ripped MMA body is to put in difficult work through your own MMA-inspired workout routines.

I don’t care if people don’t like what I’m going to say, I’m going to say it, the kicking I see on the UFC and MMA type of thing is not really kicking. Truth, it is leg swinging, without focus, and it does not get the job done. the purpose of this writing is to tell you why it doesn’t work, and what to do about it.
I had a friend, name of Ted, some forty years ago when I was doing Chinese Kenpo. He dressed like a hippie and had long hair, and he happened to have the most amazing kicks. One day he was driving through the rush hour traffic when a fellow cut in front of him, so Ted hit the horn.
