Martial Arts supplies like weapons are another kind of private stuff that you should never share with others – however now, for reasons of safety. Since Martial Arts supplies like a try of nunchucks, or samurai swords, were created to be as real as attainable, sharing them out is extremely a unhealthy idea. Martial arts supplies come in all shapes, sizes, and varieties. Some are designed specifically to be used within a certain discipline or field, whereas different varieties, like dojo mats, are designed to be used by all students of martial arts.

I don’t care if people don’t like what I’m going to say, I’m going to say it, the kicking I see on the UFC and MMA type of thing is not really kicking. Truth, it is leg swinging, without focus, and it does not get the job done. the purpose of this writing is to tell you why it doesn’t work, and what to do about it.
I had a friend, name of Ted, some forty years ago when I was doing Chinese Kenpo. He dressed like a hippie and had long hair, and he happened to have the most amazing kicks. One day he was driving through the rush hour traffic when a fellow cut in front of him, so Ted hit the horn.

Muay Thai is from Indochina and it is a popular form of martial arts. Over the years, it has become very popular in the South Pacific. Today, modern Muay Thai is typically a ring sport where gloves that are similar to boxing gloves are used. Muay Thai is a common part of mixed martial arts training as well and many MMA trainers now use Muay Thai bags in their facilities.
The primary idea behind Muay Thai is that there are not two, not four but eight different places on the body that can be used to attack the opponent. Four of these spots are nothing more than a collection of savage hits below the elbow and knee, but four other spots account for the hands and the feet.

A lot of people ask us how to get started in MMA training some goals are simply to get in better shape and they feel MMA training is the vehicle to drive them their while some want to become an actual MMA fighter and step into the ring/octagon. One great thing MMA has done is it has forced the instructors to learn and teach more than just one discipline. In this article we will go over 4 key areas that will help your quest of becoming an MMA fighter or just in better shape. We are assuming that you don’t have access to any MMA training camps like you would if you lived in Vegas. These four elements can be used in any town across the US.

It may seem that Muay Thai Boxing is a very brutal and dangerous sport but if you approach it with the right training and discipline it can actually teach you how to control your rage in a better way than before.
A long time ago when Muay Thai Boxing first started in ancient Thailand, fights were to the death or near death and back then it was not considered a sport and therefore did not have any rules, protective gear or rounds as such. It has been like this for for a very long time up until only around half a century ago when muay thai boxing gained popularity and became know worldwide and rules were added including fighters having to wear muay thai shorts and muay thai gloves.
