In this article I’ll be teaching you three dirty yet effective self-defense techniques you can use to win any fight. The following techniques can be applied by anyone, not like other self-defense techniques, that often times depend upon high knowledge of the skill, and complex timing. Thus, being these are “dirty” methods of defening yourself, defeating larger tougher oponent becomes possible. The reason being that altogether the focus is on targeting critical parts of the body precisely, regardless of not striking with too much force .

Muay Thai is from Indochina and it is a popular form of martial arts. Over the years, it has become very popular in the South Pacific. Today, modern Muay Thai is typically a ring sport where gloves that are similar to boxing gloves are used. Muay Thai is a common part of mixed martial arts training as well and many MMA trainers now use Muay Thai bags in their facilities.
The primary idea behind Muay Thai is that there are not two, not four but eight different places on the body that can be used to attack the opponent. Four of these spots are nothing more than a collection of savage hits below the elbow and knee, but four other spots account for the hands and the feet.
