Women are different than men in many ways. Some of the more obvious of these differences include a relative lack of upper body strength. Another is a lesser tendency toward physical aggression. Aikido techniques and concepts can reduce the strength disadvantage through the promotion of ki extension and proper body movement to apply Aikido techniques on an opponent. The second is the concept of awareness of potential threats and opportunities around us.

A naked cook named Corobus was the first man to win in the Olympics, but then again there was only one event called the Stade a race of about 210 yards. Which was first held in 776BC! Since then the Olympics continued every four years until 393 CE where it was abolished by the Christian emperor Theodosios as he thought the Olympics were influenced by witchcraft and the devil.
As luck would have it, 1500 years later a man called Pierre De Coubertin who was French had the idea to regenerate and set out a new era for the Olympics.
